200 g of cream cheese, 180 g of butter, 3 cups of flour, 1 large bowl, rolling pin, round cookie cutter or glass cup, baking tray, parchment paper, 1 fork, icing sugar, filling of your choice (dulce de leche, sweet jam, nutella, etc.)
