Minerva's Learning to Lead™ is designed for girls and gender-diverse youth ages 10–14. Through interactive workshops and activities, participants explore what’s important to them, build confidence, and practise practical leadership skills in a supportive environment. By reinforcing that everyone can be a leader, the program helps participants discover their leadership potential and develop confidence in their ability to take meaningful action in their own lives and communities.
