Sarah Bresnahan Learn more about me

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am an educator at SelfDesign. When I am not teaching high school Science courses, I am teaching yoga classes or working with personal training clients at my home studio (both online and in person). I love helping everyone make time in their lives for movement! I also weave a lot of anatomy into my yoga classes to help teach my students about their bodies, how to move them properly (alignment) and how to find poses to balance strength and flexibility in our muscle groups. My husband Noah, 6 year old son Dane and I live in Cahuita, Costa Rica!

2 Materials Needed

Come to this yoga class on an empty stomach, and plan to eat a big breakfast after! For this class all you need is an open space, comfortable clothes, and an exercise or yoga mat.
