Creating Characters for Comics
Learn how to create a unique, developed character from scratch!
Kids will have the opportunity to work together and individually to create characters for comics. Using personality and design prompts, kids will have the freedom to use their imaginations to make up their own characters with their own backstories and identities.

Hi! I'm Jess! I am a professional artist and musician and I love supporting young artists in the arts! I am a digital illustrator, children's book author/artist, children's musician and media maker (look up "Penny Pom Pom") and I also love to paint with acrylics and watercolour.
My favourite colour is purple and I have a pet cat named Hero!

Blank paper, lined paper, pencil, eraser, artists pens (Faber Castell, Micron etc), pencil crayons or markers
