Daniel Papania

I am a scientist, a tree hugger, and teacher who loves making and fixing things. I build everything from computer programs to furniture, and fix anything from shoes and clothes to electric bicycles and headphones. I love helping learners to want to know and do more, by guiding them through fun, hands-on experiences which build confidence and curiosity.

I have lived in South Africa , Canada, and Indonesia. I love all animals (even cockroaches and spiders🕷). I try to use as many natural materials as possible - e.g. I made my camera stand out of a piece of bamboo from my garden. Fun fact: I harvest my own coconuts and make my own coconut milk from scratch.
