The King`s Champions Creative Writing
A six-week online course in which we create characters and take them on a quest in a magical world.
Dive into the world of The King's Champions, a role-playing fantasy game-style learning experience. Kids will learn creative writing techniques and go on an epic adventure in Arcana. Kids work together to creatively solve problems. Kids earn gold coins for writing, kindness, and cooperative play, which they use to buy goods that they need in the game, to level-up, and to access new special abilities.
1 Your Guide
Do you see life as an adventure? Me too. When I’m not riding my unicorn or battling grogs in Arcana, I am skiing, skating, or seeing the world my family. Summer is about swimming, family camping trips, and running in the woods with my dog, Skyla.
On moonlit nights, my family likes to challenge other families to laser tag battles that we do while skating on the frozen lake near our house.
2 Materials Needed
1 binder, lined paper for writing, and a pencil. *3 printed documents: Arcana map, binder cover sheet, and character sheet (please see pre-activity resources for these printable sheets). *Note: Many kids like to use a set of DnD dice. If you don't have a set of dice, then that is no problem.
