Canadian Mental Health Association Learn more about me

HomeLearner’s Network partners with Canadian Mental Health Association to offer their Living Life to the Full program for youth. Living Life to the Full is a mental health promotion program and it is for everyone! Whether you are just curious or are dealing with stress, you can benefit from the tools the program offers. Group-based and led by a youth-certified facilitator, it equips youth 13-18 with the skills they need to face challenges in life and become more resilient. The course includes fun activities and group challenges to help youth practice and develop their skills. In eight enjoyable 90-minute sessions —one per week—this program helps people make a difference to their lives. Youth are taught how to deal with their feelings when fed up, worried or hopeless, and learn skills to help them tackle life’s problems. Your Guides for Living Life to the Full are Jagdeep Hayre from Canadian Mental Health Association and Amber French from the HomeLearners Network.
