Happy HIIT

We will get our bodies moving and do some fun math!

Move your body in this fun HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout challenge! Kids will design a deck of cards from 1-10 and when it’s their turn, they’ll pick two cards and add them up. We’ll create different HIIT exercises and use the cards to determine how many reps we’ll do!

1 Your Guide

Kristen Murrell Learn more about me

I live in beautiful Nelson, BC! I like to do anything outside: backcountry skiing, rock-climbing, trail running, camping, and cycling. I’m passionate about hands-on, self-guided learning. My teaching philosophy is rooted in students feeling safe, supported, and in an environment where they can learn through doing.

I used to work as a hiking guide, taking guests to see fossils that are over 500 million years old in the Canadian Rockies!
